The Living/Dining area has two comfortable ranges of seating with a 30” TV and DVD player (including a wide selection of DVD’s). There are also shelves full of books and games to please all tastes.

The Kitchen and Dining area is well set-out and stocked with all the kitchen appliances you might need during your stay; including a gas oven and hob, fridge, microwave oven, ironing board and iron, toaster, etc. Also crockery and cutlery to serve up to 4 guests at a sitting.

Although it is rarely needed, an efficient gas central heating system is available.

The rooms have ample cupboards, shelves and storage space for clothes, luggage and personal possessions.

There are two bathroom areas: One  ensuite contains a wash basin and a toilet, the other has a roomy shower,a wash-basin and toilet.

Freshly laundered towels are supplied, along with complimentary soaps and shower gels.

The spacious master bedroom with ensuite has a good-sized double bed.
The other bedroom contains twin single beds.

The beds are made-up with duvets and freshly laundered sheets and pillow-cases, with extra bedding readily available if required.

Once back at the park you can enjoy a range of facilities including your very own Country Club open daily for food, drinks and occasional entertainment at weekends.

There are 2 golf courses nearby, taking advantage of the terrific scenery and unspoilt nature. Another neighbour taking advantage of the scenery is Bannatyne Spa Hotel & Health Club, owned by the Dragon’s Den favourite. Good Fishing is available on another of the park holiday caravan sites - Coghurst Hall which is about 4.5 miles away.

Beauport has a real country club community atmosphere, centred around its recently refurbished owners club which is a great place for making friends and offers great value wining and dining 7 days a week! residents can also use the gym and a heated outdoor swimming pool is planned for Spring 2011

With a large area of decking with comfortable seating and tables provides the perfect place to lounge peacefully in the evenings, eating and drinking and watching the sun go down after a busy day exploring all that the area has to offer.
