Our brand new luxury caravan has 2 toilets, a washing machine, mirowave, full size fridge freezer, full size shower, TV's in all bedrooms + living room and all with Freeview and DVD players. It is sited on butlins holiday center Skegness. Butlins is ideal for all the family with its many entertainment venues,on site cinema and even a spa for the mums or dads to relax in.

Our caravan has everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster,full size fridge frezzer and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need.

The caravan has 2 tv's with built in dvd players and Freeview in each, ideal for the kids to watch there programs while you watch yours. There is also a travel cot and high chair for your use.

LOUNGE:

Our holiday home benefits from an extremely comfortable lounge with fixed seating (folding pull out double bed), 22” colour TV, DVD, digital free view, dvd films for you to enjoy and has a modern gas fire with coal efect.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:

Luxury fitted kitchen furnished to the highest standard with full size fridge frezzer, microwave, hob, oven and grill. The dining area is comfortable and has fixed seating and stools.

BEDROOMS:

This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double with tv and dvd player. two twin rooms and also a sofa bed in the lounge and can accommodate a maximum of eight guests.

BATHROOM & 2 TOILETS:

Full size shower fitted with glass door, standard toilet and wash basin. Standard toilet and wash basin in second toilet.

HEATING:

Fully centrally heated with radeators and also full double glazed, this means you can holiday all season in complete comfort.
