Situated in a quiet area of the site away from the main park facilities our caravan provides an ideal base from which to explore the area.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and also a foldout double bed in the lounge, separate bathroom and galley kitchen. There is also a further bunk accessed by ladder in one of the twin bedrooms for a smaller child. There is a gas fire in the lounge.

The kitchen has a gas cooker - 4 rings and oven/grill, microwave, toaster and fridge. The lounge has a TV/DVD player and freeview box.

The price includes gas, electric and water.

Two Double Duvets, four Single Duvets and twelve pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bed linen - bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases and tea/towels.

Martello caravan site is just a stone’s throw from the seaside town and has lovely beaches within 10 minutes walk. The site has many facilities including :- Shop, Bars, Bingo, Amusement Arcade, Internet Cafe, Launderette, Fish & Chips, Outside swimming pool. These facilities are not all available throughout the year so it is advisable to check with the site  (01255 674315) if you need any particular facility - although I believe all these facilities are available in Walton town just a few minutes walk away.

Walton on the Naze is a traditional seaside town with lovely walks, nature reserves, award-winning beaches, cafes, beach huts and the second largest pier in Britain - half a mile long!

Walton pier has a large covered amusement area with rides including Dodgems, Galloping Horses, Waltzer and a Bowling Alley together with restaurants and a licensed bar.

The Naze - 137 acres of grassland above 70 foot cliffs dominated by The Naze Tower

Take a boat trip around Walton backwaters and hopefully spot some seals around Horsey Island. Or enjoy a boat trip on the backwaters, a setting for some of Arthur Ransome's 'Swallows & Amazons' adventures.

In Walton there is also a local indoor swimming pool, small skateboard park, playground, basketball courts.

Clacton is approx 20 minutes drive away -Colchester approx 30 minutes.

A £50.00 non refundable deposit is payable on booking (preferably by PayPal). Due balance to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday, or at the time of booking if less than 8 weeks before. If the holiday is subsequently cancelled less than 8 weeks before the start, or after the holiday start date no refund will be made. A further refundable breakage/damage/key loss deposit of £100 is to be made at least 1 week before the holiday start date. This will be refunded as soon as possible after the end of the holiday if everything is in order.

Payment may be made direct  by cheque, PayPal or  directly into a specified bank account - either by internet transfer or at any branch of your own bank. If using PayPal for the full amount/balance please add 4% - no need to add anything if paying the non refundable deposit of £50.

Your booking will not be secured until the £50.00 deposit is paid. The requested dates will be reserved for a period of 48 hours only.

If the balance due is not paid on time the caravan may be re-let.

The keys will be sent to an address you specify during the week prior to your stay. You can use the caravan from 4.00pm on the day of arrival - the caravan must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure and left in good condition. You will be liable for any loss or damage.

Site rules must be adhered to at all times, particularly with regard to supervision of children, noise levels, NO DOGS etc.

Upon payment of the deposit/ balance due you will be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking and give a full refund where unforseen circumstances occur. In these cases we will endevour to give as much notice as possible.

A holiday park which caters for the whole family. Situated in the heart of Walton on the Naze, a beautiful seaside town, and only a five minute walk to the sandy beaches and second longest pier in the UK. The park provides plenty to keep everyone occupied.
