Main Features
Co-ordinating decor. A 19" flatscreen TV/ DVD combi with built in freeview. Central heating with radiators in every room and double glazing throughout. One double bedroom and two single bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Two toilets one with a shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster and full size gas cooker. Iron and free standing Ironing board. Hairdryer in main bedroom. Selection of games, toys, books and DVD's for all ages.

We supply the duvets and pillows mattresses (with protective covers) but you MUST provide your OWN bed linen and towels. FREE piped gas and electricity are provided.

Parking area for 2 vehicle's on tarmac parking slot next to caravan. Patio area with patio furniture (seats 6 comfortably).

Set in picturesque, mature and grassed landscaped cul-de-sac location on Lakeland Leisure Park with tarmac drive, not too far from the main attractions.

Our caravan is in excellent condition, maintained to a very high standard and cleaned thoroughly before your holiday.

Short Breaks (3 or 4 day) these are available on request, just drop me an 'e' mail for a quote and availibility.

When making a booking, a £50 non refundable deposit will be required (this £50 will be deducted from the full amount) unless the dates are within 6 weeks of commencement of your holiday, where the full amount is due. A refundable £50 security deposit is also requested and will be returned on completion of holiday subject to caravan being left in a clean and tidy condition.

Should you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your stay; all monies paid will not be refunded.

The £50 deposit and security deposit of £50 = £100 total amount Please write 2 separate cheque's this makes it easy to return your £50 security deposit and will not be cashed (unless there is a problem) must arrive within 7 days of the provisional booking and the remaining balance will become due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. We will send you a reminder for the balance (via email when due.) Should your payment not reach us by the due dates we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.

Park Information

The southern end of The Lakes offers an altogether softer and calmer landscape. Here there are easy woodland walks and bike rides and only 20 minutes away lies Windermere, the gateway to breathtaking scenery, wonderful tours and attractions and challenging fell walks. For a truly green, relaxing and revitalising family holiday, you’ll love Lakeland.

Feel free to fill each day in just your own way. Every family is different of course, but a typical day might begin with a lazy lie in or a family Wake 'n' Shake session. It could be a morning in the Heated Indoor Pool or a game of Crazy Golf.

And then...

Lunch out at a great little pub or pop into the Cafe Bar & Grill. Afternoon on the 9-hole Golf Course, off exploring The Lakes or playing a relaxing game of Bowls. Early evening enjoy a coastal walk, a sunset bike ride or a barbecue. Then head off to the ShowBar for a drink, live music and dancing. So, whether it's out and about or staying on the Park, you're sure to have a great holiday at Lakeland.
