Late Booking.
Late Bookings will only be accepted 14 or more days before arrival at the accommodation, anything less than14 days will not be accepted, as time is required for full payment to be cleared, and arrangements to be made for the accommodation to be ready for your arrival.
Security Deposit.
A Security Deposit of £50 will be taken at the time of final payment to cover for damage or breakage by the Client and their party while staying in the accommodation. As long as everthing is in good order after the Client leaves, the £50 will be returned within 7 days of their departure.
Booking Deposit.
A non refundable Deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment.
The Outstanding Balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings made with less then 8 weeks before arrival, payment in full plus Security Deposit before 14 days of arrival at the accommodation..
Returning Clients. Loyalty, Recommendation and Promotion Discounts.
Returning Clients please quote your original Deposit Booking Reference, as I can work out a Special Offer for you as a Loyalty Discount for booking a second or more times. If you recommend or promote Lytham 27 to other people, and they tell me who told them about Lytham 27, I will add a Recommendation and Promotion Discount to your Loyalty Discount as long as they have stayed at Lytham 27 before you stay again. Entertainment Passes.
Entertainment Passes are excluded as this gives you the option of staying in the accommodation and visiting the area around, or enjoying the activities of the Holiday Village Complex as you wish.
Smoking.
Smoking inside the accommodation is not allowed, therefore please smoke outside.
Pets.
Please ask if you would like to bring your dog, as you will have to comply with the rules of the Holiday Village and the dog must be well-behaved at all times during your stay. You are required to clean up after your dog.
Cot Hire.
If you need to hire a Cot, please advise at the time of booking, then I can make arrangements for you.
Water, Gas and Electricity.
At present, mains Water, Gas and Electricity are all included in the pricing – no meters or changing of gas cylinders involved!
Arrival and Departure.
Normally on a "Client Change Over Day", the departing Client must leave by 10:00 hours and arriving Client can gain access to the accommodation after 16:00 hours. Between these times, the cleaning of the accommodation is done. However, on Client Arriving or Departing Days, Clients can request arriving earlier or departing later than the stated times, subject to the Owner's agreement and cleaning arrangements. Clients arriving early are welcome to check in with the Owner and enjoy the Park facilities until the accommodation is ready for them.
