This is a new privately owned luxury 2 bed caravan which sleeps 6, having one double, one twin and a double sofa bed. It has a well equipped kitchen with a gas hob and oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The shower room has an excellent power shower. We like to make our guests feel welcome by making sure there is a complimentary bottle of wine as well as tea, coffee and milk. We also provide those little extras such as soap, hand cream and shower gel. There is also a small selection of books, DVDs and children's games and jigsaw puzzles available. The outside decking/ verandah area leading off the french doors provides a chill-out area ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine to listen to the many birds or read a book.

As we are local we are able to provide an owners personal  meet and greet service to help you to start your holiday as soon as you enter the park.

Local walks. Within a few minutes of leaving the caravan it is possible to get into the Woodland Walk. From here you can:

• Follow the Dane Stream for a walk around the Pleasure Gardens
• Follow the Dane Stream all the way to Milford Village approx 45 mins stroll) where you will find good coffee shops, restaurants and a pub or two.
• A 10 minute walk through woodland and over a pretty common takes you to the Milford on Sea beach and good coastal walks to Keyhaven and Hurst Castle.. 
• Approx 3 miles drive and you are into the New Forest which offers many opportunities for cycling, walking, watching the ponies and deer or just enjoying a cream tea.

We are happy to let pet owners bring one dog at no extra charge, but would just ask that the pet is well supervised when inside the caravan. We have a dog ourselves and this area offers so many lovely walks.

The caravan is sited in a quiet area of Sea Breeze, being a 10 minute stroll from the site facilities which include indoor and outdoor pools, a restaurant/ bistro, games zone and children's clubs during peak periods. There is a very well stocked supermarket on site. Also talking about well stocked, there is a small fishing lake on site which is approx 5 mins walk from the caravan. One advantage is that you can store your tackle already made up, using the secure under caravan skirting for access to give you more time to catch the many carp and roach that await you!

Passes for use of the indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi etc are available from reception at a reasonable cost.
