This luxury caravan is of the highest standard. The lounge consists of free standing furniture, two settees, one of which opens into a double bed, and a seperate arm chair. There is a 32" wall mounted Freeview & FreeSat TV,  DVD & CD player, DVD's, CD's avalible for your use, A coal effect electric fire (child friendly). The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, full size fridge-freezer with 4 draws, microwave, George Foreman grill, 4 slice toaster, electric kettle, along with more than ample saucepans other pans plates and bowls and cutlery of all descriptions plus ample cleaning fluids. There is also a dining table for six people.

Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, 26" wall mounted Freeview TV, walk in wardrobe with shelving and three draw chest, en-suite toilet and shower and wash basin dressing table with mirror and beside lamps. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, wardrobe & three drawers plus overhead cupboards and bedside cupboard with lamp. There is also a 20" wall mounted Freeview TV. The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower and glass shower screen, toilet and wash basin.

Decking to the side and front with patio table and chairs with disabled ramp and double patio doors from the lounge to the front decking, a gate from the decking to a large private grassed area safe for children to play and views out to Cardigan Bay and the Llyn Peninsular. Car parking is to the side at the bottom of the ramp.

There are paths leading to the beach with golden sands and child friendly beaches from within the park area and at low tide you can walk into the beautiful village of New Quay, also it is a short walk by road, this area of coastline is of outstanding beauty and is well worth a tour, brochures are left for you in the caravan.
