A £75 non-refundable deposit is required when booking and the balance due should be paid one month before arrival together with your personal cheque for £75 which is a security bond incase of any damages and this will be returned to you 2 weeks after your holiday (once the caravan has been checked).

Parklands is situated about a 10 min walk away from the famous Ingoldmells market and Fantasy Island pleasure park.

There are plenty of local amenities and entertainment within a few mins walk from the site. 2 mins walk for the fishing lake, shop, chippy and pubs. 5 mins walk for beach, arcades and more pubs. Butlins just across the road. Frequent bus service to Ingoldmells village, Chapel St Leonards, Skegness, Mablethorpe. Lots of family entertainment for the very young to the very old!
