Very clean gold standard 3 bedroom caravan with modern decoration and appliances . Situated on a spacious area of the park but within walking distance of the park amenities .

Living Space - Quite spacious with a large seating area ,comfortable enough to fit maximum occupancy . Seperate dining and coffee tables in an open plan layout .A fitted fan assisted electric fire provides the heating and an oil fired free standing radiator is available if required . There is a 22"
flat scree TV with DVD and Freeview plus some games and DVDs.

Kitchen - Well equipped with lots of cupboard space comprising of an electric cooker with a 4 ring gas hob , fridge , microwave ,toaster and a small chest freezer .Plenty of pans ,crockery and cutlery are provided also cleaning materials ,toilet and kitchen rolls , mop and bucket ,iron and hoover . A high chair and travel cot is available for those families with small children .There is a mains gas supply and a hot water combi boiler .

Bedrooms - The 3 bedrooms comprise : a double , a twin and a single plus a double pull out sofa bed in the main living area . All bedrooms have a cupboard and some wardrobe space and the main bedroom also has a dressing table . Each bedroom has individually controlled blow air heating . Duvets ,pillows and bedding are provided . Beds are freshly made up prior to your arrival

Bathroom - Fitted with a spacious cubicle shower, wash hand basin , toilet and an electric heated towel rail .
A seperate toilet with a hand wash basin is located next to the batjhroom

For safety all windows open in each room and a carbon monoxide monitor , fire alarm , fire blanket and extinguisher are provided . Additionl protection is through  a Ramtec arlarm system linked to the park's security team

Outside Space  - A comfortable seating area for all the family is the 20ft x 8ft child friendly pvc veranda with a lockable gate .It is situated at the side of the caravan to take advantage of the sunshine most of the day . A table ,chairs , bench and umbrella are available .

The caravan is cleaned prior to your arrival and as a welcome we supply some tea , coffee ,sugar and milk together with other items  to make your stay a little easier .
