Very well equipped 3 bedroom holiday home with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining. Shower room with wash basin and a seperate toilet and wash basin. Full length decking area with furniture for those alfresco evenings, parking bays opposite. Situated in the owners area of the park ensuring a great nights sleep, most important after busy days.

There is a gas BBQ on the decking for your use and please note that all your beds are made up for you prior to your arrival. I can also arrange an earlier check in if required.

Trelawne Manor is a very spacious park and has a fishing lake. Walks around the coast path are fantastic with views to match. Entertainment is included in the price which covers the cabaret each night and the 'Foxy Cub' for the children. The cost also includes use of both indoor and outdoor pools and all the games on the park plus use of the fully stocked fishing lake.

Looe with it's lovely sandy beach and interesting shops is just 2 miles away and the wonderful fishing harbour at Polperro is just 1 and 1/2 miles in the other direction, the glorious coast path links both.

Trelawne Manor Holiday Park is set in the attractive landscaped grounds of a stately manor house. With plenty to do both on the Park and in the surrounding area, you're sure of a memorable holiday for all the family.

Take a dip in the heated indoor pool or cool off in the glorious heated outdoor pool with its fun spiral flume. Under 5's will have a great time in our Rompers Playroom, whilst all the children can join in the fun and games of the Foxy Club.

Visit Looe only 2 miles distant, a lovely Cornish fishing village famous for shark fishing. Why not explore Polperro 1½ miles away, a quaint old fishing village with 'olde-worlde' shops, pubs and cafes. Not to be missed is the Eden Project, a great day out for all the family.

The City of Plymouth is only 40 mins away With it's new Drake Circus Shopping Mall, The National Marine Aquarium, The Historic Barbican with it's famous Mayflower Steps not to mention the fabulous views from Plymouth Hoe...
