Our Family owned business has 1x3 berth & 1x2 berth well appointed and comfortable static caravans depicted here. We have 2 other 3 berth . . vans also. All are central heated & double glazed with everything you . .. ..need for a relaxing holiday. Royal Litham St Annes Golf Club is only 18 ..mins & 6 miles away. ....................................................................................................................................

Our new Pemberton van is a comfortable & well maintained Home from Home caravan for discerning clientele to relax from the pressures of work. It is located close to the Park entrance & 4 mins from the Main Complex. It is close to No's 9 & 10, allowing larger parties to be close together too, if required.

The comfortable lounge & spacious living area has a wall mounted 32" LCD HD TV,with Freeview & DVD player over the fire place surround, inc the remote control electric fire & mantle shelf There is a pull out double bed in the free standing Settee if required. The dining table has free standing chairs.

The separtate kitchen, inc. Oven, separate Grill & 5 ring hob, Built in Fridge & Freezer Tower, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle, & everything one needs for a self catering relaxing holiday with ample cupboard spaces.

The main Bedroom with double bed, also has ample storage. The second bedroom with twin beds.Freshly laundered Linen is provided.

The washroom with Large Shower Cubicle / low bath (suits small kids), Basin & W/c, There is also all cleaning equipment inc a Hoover

Also available: Travel Cot & High Chair. @ £5 each/wk. Please ask if required.

Outside there are a Table, Chairs & Parasol. Space for 1 car. The main Bus Stop is 2 mins away for Central Blackpool which runs every 30 mins.. Tesco, ASDA, McDonalds,KFC, Chinese, Pizza Hut & Fish & Chip shop all within 1/2-1 Mile.

The Clifton Arms Pub over the lights just 100yds fron site entrance serve reasonably priced meals & a good pint

To secure & confirm a booking, please send a letter, c/w £100 Deposit (There is also a £50 security Bond (not included in Price) - This security amount is returnable after inspection of van) Please take this with you to site to give to me or to my associate - Balance to be paid within 4 wks of holiday (or advised otherwise if booking at short notice). In case of cancelation, deposit would be forfeit if cancelled within 4 weeks of holiday. Customers are advised to get private holiday insurance to cover this possibility.
