Our Family owned caravans are - 1x3 berth & 1x2 berth well appointed and comfortable static caravans depicted here. We have 3 other 3 berth . . vans also. All are central heated & double glazed with everything you . .. ..need for a relaxing holiday. Royal Litham St Annes Golf Club is only 18 ..mins & 6 miles away.

There is also entertainment, Cafe, Bars, Shop, etc . on this Haven 5* .. Holiday Park, which there are main superstores, McDonalds, KFC & Pizza Hut all within 1/2 mile of the park. Blackpool itself is 3 miles away too

Our ABI Moderna is a most comfortable, Home from Home van, set in a quiet, non overlooked position, 5 mins. to the Main Complex.

1No. Double Bedroom & 2No. Twin Bedrooms. Main bedroom has its own LCD HD TV. Freshly laundered Duvet Covers, Sheets & Pillow cases supplied.

The washroom has a large double shower, w/c, basin & Shaver socket,

The Kitchen has separate built under Fridge & Freezer, Oven / Grill, Microwave, Toaster & ample storage cupboards inc, pull out can (etc) unit.

The Dining area, c/w 6 No. free standing Chairs & extending Table. There is a pull out Ironing Board in Units opposite. plus the Iron

The spacious Lounge with 32" LCD HD TV & DVD player, Electric Fire & Surround, ample storage with free standing settee & armchair - a pull out double bed is incorporated in the settee. There is also a Mk1 X Box & loads of demo DVD's to help keep young'uns occupied.

Outside - table, chairs & Parasol are available, weather permitting! The van 1 minute to the main Bus stop for central Blackpool. Tesco, ASDA, McDonalds, Chinese, Pizza Hut & Blockbusters are about 1/2mile away.

Travel Cot (Bring own Babies Bedding) & High Chair available at £5 each/wk - please ask if required

For larger parties who wish to be close together, we also have an adjacent 3 berth Van with electric warm air heating in bedrooms & hot plate radiator in washroom - No. 10. Also, there is a 3rd, 2 berth Van with Central Heating, Double Glazed & 13' wide on No. 11.

There is a decent Pub over the lights, The Clifton Arms, serving decent meals at decently cheap prices – the Ale is good too.

Whilst Marton Mere FunWorks is closed Nov 6th, private bookings are still available till Nov 13 - 17th

if we have no van availabaility - we may know a man who has.

To secure & confirm a booking, please contact by e mail giving number in party, home address & Mob number. Initial Deposit is £100 (There is also a £50 security Bond (not included in Price - This is returnable after inspection of van - to bring with you to site) - Balance to be paid within 4 wks of holiday (or advised otherwise if booking at short notice). In case of cancelation, deposit would be forfeit. Customers are advised to get private holiday insurance to cover this possibility.
