We would like to welcome you to our privately owned prestige caravan, Ptarmigan.

Situated within a recent development in Perran Sands Holiday Park, Ptarmigan offers a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two twin and a double) and bathroom with a power shower. All of the bedrooms have heating and there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

There is a grassy area to the side and front of the caravan with a patio and tarmac parking space.

Included within the lounge is a flat screen TV/DVD unit with Freeview and a gas fire. There is also a double bed which is stored beneath the upholstery.

From the lounge is access to the kitchen where you will find an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer.

Hopefully this will make your holiday as comfortable as possible, but if you should have forgotten anything, don't worry, there is a hire shop on site.

Access to the bedrooms is from the kitchen corridor or from a seperate external door.

Duvets a pillows will be provided for your use, but please bring your own bed linen, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths. If you leave them at home there is an option to hire some and laundry facilities are on site.

Inside the caravan will be a Welcome Pack, including a map of the park, local information, bus and tide times as well as leaflets about places of local interest e.g Newquay Zoo, The Blue Reef Aquarium, Flambards, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Land's End.

Perran Sands Holiday Park

Perran Sands is situated within 500 acres of conservation land. There is much to do within the main hub of the park and there you will find crazy golf, go-kart hire, shop, restaurant and an entertainment complex that includes heated swimming pools and a brand new live lounge.

Or you could go for a walk and see the beautiful views from the coastal paths. If you fancy a walk along the beach you can reach the sands from the path on site. Once you are on the beach you could walk along and reach the famous pub. It serves good food and is situated right on the beach within walking distance of the shops in Perranporth.

Bus services run between Perranporth, Truro and Perran Sands, convenient if you wish to avoid the hassle of parking.

Newquay is only 7 miles away and Truro is around 9 miles away. There really is so much to do in this lovely area. Of course Newquay and Perranporth are famous for the magnificent Atlantic rollers that crash down on the sands. If that sounds too adventurous the sea is great for swimming and paddling.

We welcome well behaved dogs but please specify the breed when making an enquiry. A charge of £15.00 per dog will be made.

Entertainment passes are optional and can be arranged at the time of booking or you may wish to purchase them when you arrive at the park.
