The advertised prices for this caravan reflect the quality of the accommodation.  This caravan is only 4 months old and has only been used for 3 weekends.  This accommodation is in exellent condition and is well cared for.  If you are wanting a week of luxury, then this is the caravan for you with luxuries such as central heating, double glazing, full decking with furniture and full size fridge freezer.

This luxurious two bedroomed privately owned caravan is sited on Craig Tara Haven Site, Ayr, Scotland. Situated on St Andrew’s - a quieter area of the site.  This luxurious caravan is located near the onsite nine hole golf course.  This 2011 caravan was only sited late November 2010 has its own private parking space and full decking and patio area.

This fully equipped caravan has full decking equipped with table, chairs and loungers.  In the lounge is a television, with freeview and dvd player, a remote control electric fire and full view bay window with sea view (please see my photographs to appreciate the view from the window and decking). This luxurious caravan has full double glazing and central heating, with radiators in all rooms.   

Kitchen has microwave, kettle, toaster, full oven with grill and fridge/freezer.  There is a double master bedroom with extensive wardrobes, cupboards and drawers.  The master bedroom has an LCD television and bedside lamps.  The second bedroom is a twin room and has a wardrobe and cupboards and includes a bedroom lamp. 

The master bedroom has full access to a full bathroom including thermostatic controlled large shower, wash basin and toilet.  The bathroom has cupboard above toilet and cupboard under the sink.  There is access to the bathroom from both the hallway and the master bedroom.  There is an additional bathroom with a toilet and washbasin. 

The caravan has both gas and electric supply - no gas bottles. A fire extinguisher is fitted for your safety. Duvets, pillows, all bedding, towels and tea towels are provided.

Park Rules:
No hen or stag parties and the oldest party member should be over 21. Anyone not abiding to park rules or causing a disturbance on site will be evicted from the park.
