This lovely caravan provides open plan kitchen and living area combined with three bedrooms giving accommodation for up to 8 people, just literally yards from the sea, it is on the front row of vans in the park.

It has extremely spacious living accomodation, giving space between kids and parents if needed ! It has a large seating area, dining table and chairs and numerous storage cupboards. Two separate doors lead down onto a clean paved patio area which has wooden patio table and chairs.The kitchen has a built in gas oven/grill and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer and all the other usual amenities. There is an iron and ironing board. There is ample cutlery and crockery in the van.There is a hallway leading off to : a shower room with toilet and also a second toilet/washroom together with three bedrooms - one large bedroom of full caravan width at back of van with a double bed, one with twin beds and the other with an angled bunk bed. There is a pull out double bed in the living area also, if needed. No bed linen is supplied. TVs in both twin bedded rooms with video players and videos. In the open plan living area there is a combined video player/tv with freeview and a dvd player.

There is a gas fire in the lounge. The caravan is near to a car park with ample parking. As earlier stated the plot is right at the front of the park giving prime positon for visiting the beach.

Well behaved pets are welcome. Adjacent to the car park is a dog designated area, complete with waste bins for your convenience. Elsewhere on the site dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed into the complex buildings.
We are a hard working family with only this van to our credit,  hence trying to give to people what they want : a quality service for minimal price. We live 20 minutes away from the van so any problems can be instantly resolved by us coming onto site and helping with any dilemmas. My wife and I look after this van and maintain it to a homely standard, just as we expect you to do. Any requirements by you as our guests should be able to be met by us due to our closeness to the van. Other vans would not and could not offer this sort of service. That personal touch not expected when in a new environment. Suppose you need extra fires or bedding etc, we could go that extra mile with no problems when compared to other vans advertising on this site.
