Six & four berth fully equipped static caravans in Newquay, Cornwall.

Privately owned and maintained to a high standard we have two static caravans for rent for the 2011 season on Trenance holiday park Newquay Cornwall

The six berth caravan has had all new living room upholstery for 2011 as we like to keep these vans maintained to a good standard to assure your stay in them is as to be expected!!!

The caravans are both fully equipped, six berth for six people, and a four berth for four people, both have the usual facilities inc microwave, fridge, colour TV & free view box, DVD player etc, the six berth has two bedrooms one double bed, and two single beds, there is also a double bed in the lounge area that can be made up, the four berth is the same but has one bedroom, bathroom's both comprise of a toilet, washbasin and a separate shower room all with hot and cold water gas and electricity is included with the price shown!

There is outside seating beside both caravans!

There is ample parking for two cars besides the caravans!

Please note all pillows and duvets are supplied but you will be required to bring your own bed linen, (i.e. duvet cover's, pillow slips and bottom sheets also tea towels and bath towels).

The vans have been newly fitted out with new carpets, pillows and duvets, all cutlery, and are cleaned to a high standard regular, all we ask is to leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition on your departure!

Please note that there is A NO SMOKING POLICY in the vans!

This site only permits families and couples only and there are no pets allowed!! Booking will NOT be accepted for all sex type parties!!

The season runs from April to October!!

Please be aware there is an onsite warden who checks around the site on a regular basis!!

Booking in time for Arrivals are from 14.30hrs, and you should vacate the caravan at 10.30am on the day of departure!

The caravans are right in the heart of Newquay on the north coast of Cornwall; they are on the closest site to the town and beaches, within walking distance!

On the site which is AA**** approved there is a restaurant and take away, games room and mini market with off license, laundrette with ironing facilities, internet access within the reception!

Just a short walk from the site is the zoo, waterworld, tennis courts, crazy golf and a small driving range, golf course, skateboard park, also a miniature train ride and a small park.

If you like scenery there are the beautiful well-kept Trenance gardens just across the road from the site and a chance to go round the lakes on their pedal boats which are always for hire!

Horse riding trips up to the beach are available, just next to the boating lake

The surrounding beaches are within a mile or two from the site and well worth a visit to see the finest coast line in the UK.

The Newquay harbour has organised boat trips, fishing trips, deep sea fishing etc on a daily basis, depending on tide times.

From the site within a mile is Morrisons store and petrol station, McDonalds, Lidl, Asda and Aldi, the train station is within walking distance from the site itself.
