• No smoking.
• No pets (except guide dogs).
• Keys will be available for collection from the site office, and should be returned there on departure.
• Must vacate the caravan by 10am.
• Keys will be available after 3pm.
• On departure the fridge must be emptied and all pots washed and put away, with all rubbish in the outdoor bins provided.
• Changeover day: Saturday

Booking Policy:
20% deposit required within 7 days of booking with the remaining balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Methods of Payment:
Cheque, Bankers draft or direct payment. (Bank details available on request).

Cancellation Policy:
Over 8 weeks prior to arrival loss of deposit
4 weeks - 6 weeks  loss of 75% of total cost
0 weeks - 4 weeks loss of 95% of total cost

Breakage Policy:

£50.00 payable with the final balance, this will be paid back one week after departure following inspection of the caravan.
