This is a beutiful condition luxury static caravan with decking with great country views from main windows.

There is full central heating and double glazed windows/doors.

There are two toilets one ensuite. The kitchen has a full size cooker and a full size fridge freezer. The T.V is flat screen withe built in free view, we receive an excellent signal.

The caravan is very comfortable and spacious with a separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen.

Car parking can be directly behind where a dedicated entrance has been installed through rail fencing, or in a purpose made car parking area on the access road.

The site is full of things to do, there is a good quality club house with evening entertainment, a bar and a take away/eating area. For the kids there is a dedicated computer area/ and childrens entertainments/clubs. On site also there is an indoor, and in season, outdoor pool with water slide.

For the fishermen there is a well stocked fishing lake on site with purpose made pontoons.

A bus service  runs directly into Looe (about 2 miles) from the outside gates of Trelawne.

Looe is a famous fishing port with a tidal estuary and a sandy beech. There are many bars/pubs and restaurents to choose from and many shops to browse or meander around.

From the estuary you are able to take boat trips around Looe island, underwater viewing or even speed boats. Fishing trips are also very popular with Mackerel, Shark trips available, and diving boats

If you don't have sea legs why not try crabbing from the side of the estauary, the kids love it.
