Our Prestige caravan is sited on an area of Littlesea’s 5 star all action award winning park in a pleasant and peaceful position overlooking the fleet lagoon giving lovely views and sunsets.  It is light and airy, double glazed and centrally heated. Parking is next to the caravan on tarmac drive.

There are three bedrooms, one spacious double and two twin bedrooms.
The double bedroom has a double bed, triple wardrobe, dressing table and 17" digital television.
The twin rooms both have 2 single beds, wardrobes and digital televisions with built in DVD players. In one of the twin rooms one of the beds can be folded away to provide extra space.
There are two toilets, one of which also has a double shower.

The Lounge is open plan, creating a large and spacious living and dining area. The dining area has a free standing table and chairs.
In the lounge area there is a gas fire, 32" digital TV and DVD player.
The well appointed kitchen has a good sized integrated fridge freezer, externally extracted canopy, gas oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and an integrated ironing board.  An iron and Hoover are provided. As is a rotary airer to help drying your towels, swimming gear etc.
All bedding is provided. Duvets, pillows, sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers.

You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

We ask that you leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition, including disposing of any rubbish.  If you have any problems or concerns during your stay please contact us.
