A £50.00 non returnable deposit is due on booking. the balance is due 6 weeks before holiday start date .if booked with under 6 weeks the total holiday cost is due. if the holiday is cancelled by you less than 6 weeks or after the holiday start date no refund will be made.

Your booking will only be secure once deposit is cleared  Payment can be made by cheque,postal order.or by credit/debit card via paypal only.unfortunatly this method will incur a 4% surcharge which will be added on to your total holiday cost.

If holiday is booked at short notice it may be possible to meet at caravan and pay in cash.

The key is available anytime after 2pm on your holiday start date.There is a key safe at the caravan,so you would need to park by reception walk to caravan get key from keysafe unlock caravan get key and barrier fob from inside caravan, replace single key in keysafe&rescramble code. you will need barrier fob to gain entry&exit from camp when using vehicle. please do not loose key or fob. Fobs are chargeable & cost £20 to replace.

I will send or tell you code to keysafe several days before holiday due date.

THE CARAVAN MUST BE VACATED BY 10am on the day of departure. and left in good condition.
You will be liable for any loss or damage to caravan.
The site rules must be followed at all times. If asked to leave the site for any reason no refund will be made. please keep noise to a minimal. any unruly behavior will not be tolerated by the site staff &could lead to being asked to leave.
upon payment of deposit you will be accepting the booking conditions.
it is a no smoking caravan you may smoke on patio area, an ashtray is provided for out door use only.please keep to this rule. , thank you.

Seawick has an excellent range of facilities including Planet Leisure which houses a heated indoor leisure pool, a large children's play area, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and sports hall.

The Aztecs Entertainment Centre has two clubs with family entertainment, plus late night cabaret. Here you will also find the Loopy Club, with Loopy the Rabbit entertaining the children with fun, games and competitions. There is also on the entrance to our Park our Seagull Public House with Sky Sports.

The Amusement Area has a wide range of games and machines for children and the young at heart. If you wish to sit and relax, try our small fishing lake.

For everyday items we have our Convenience Store, and for eating in or takeaways try some wonderful dishes at our Indian restaurant or Chinese takeaway. Alternatively, see what we have to offer at our Food Court.
