Kiln Cliffs caravan park, a ten minute coastal drive east of Cromer, is a  dog friendly peaceful family site where you cannot fail to totally relax and unwind, you will not want to leave.

The caravan is on a cliff top with sea views and picturesque sunsets.  The caravan has parking for two cars. It is fully equipped for a family holiday with a combi radio, tv,  video, cd and dvd player with some videos and dvd's.  Playstation 2, PSP (batteries not supplied) and various games. Electric blanket on double.  WiFi available on site.

Patio area with chairs and a table, Outside storage with windbreak, buckets and spades, crab lines. Gas BBQ with gas supplied. Sun loungers and beach rug.

A private cliff path leads you to superb blue flag beach.

The site is ideally placed for nature watching trips and it is a great base for a superb challenging golfing break, with numerous 18 and 9 hole courses nearby. There is a nearby jetty for boat /jet ski launch etc...

Johnsons  Peterborough.            Idyllic sheltered position, on quiet and peaceful site.  Totally relaxing week.  Well equipped caravan with all we needed and no bedding to take home.

Tolley    Birstall.         Totally unwound.  Kids and dogs loved the miles of clean beach.  Fully recommend a holiday in this modern caravan.

Stanley    Coalville.    Have now used both Adam's caravans.  Fully equipped and this one benefits from the modern appliances and its sheltered spot.

Payment Terms & Booking Conditions

Rental period from March 24th to October 27th. Full weeks, long term rental or short breaks available. Low Seasons from £280pw, High season £420pw. Short breaks are £60 per night for first two nights. Concession rates available, please state on booking. £50 key deposit required on booking. Full balance required 4 weeks prior to holiday. Pet charge of £15 per pet per week or part week. Internet transfer available.

Park Information

Kiln Cliffs is a long established holiday park located on the North Norfolk coast near Mundesley, and has been family owned for some sixty years. They are proud of their business and do all they can to maintain the peaceful, friendly and relaxing atmosphere that means ‘Kiln Cliffs’.

Holiday homes are situated on 10 acres of grassy clifftop around an historic brick kiln with magnificent views out over the sea. A private path leads down the cliff to extensive stretches of beautiful sandy beach.

A general store on the park operates daily for most of the season and stocks just about everything you may need. At times when the shop is not open Mundesley village stores are only a few minutes away. A laundrette is on the park with token operated washing machine and tumble drier. Buses to the village and local towns stop at the entrance to Kiln Cliffs. There is also a public telephone box at the gate.

There is something for everyone within easy reach of Kiln Cliffs, the Broads, the ancient city of Norwich with its castle and cathedral and a wealth of individual shops that have grown up in its maze of little streets.There are many local markets, nature reserves and bird sanctuaries or you may like to catch the tide for a visit to Seal Island. Or stroll along Cromer Pier and see the End of Pier show. Often a must for younger visitors is a day out at the American Theme Park at Great Yarmouth, full of hair-raising rides and excitement.

Around the village of Mundesley itself you will find facilities for golf, riding and fishing, or you may prefer to enjoy a stroll around the countryside and discover some of Norfolk’s old flint-built villages, churches and pubs.
