The Gap is situated two minutes walk to the beach and the village of East Runton. The village includes two country Pubs, Fish & Chip Shop, Large Village Stores & Off licence (8 am – 9 pm), Newsagents Tea room / Bistro, Butchers, Greek Restaurant and a village club.
Cromer is a fifteen minute walk along the beach or road, there is also a bus service into Cromer or Sheringham. Norwich is 45 minutes drive away.
The Caravan is fully equipped;
Lounge: Gas fire, DVD, CD /Radio, seating contains fold-away double bed. A cupboard in the lounge contains a travel cot, iron and ironing board, vacuum and a selection of games, books, puzzles and colouring in books and pencils for children to use. There is also a range of tourist information with some discount vouchers for local attractions.
Kitchen: Gas hob oven and grill, Microwave, Fridge, Electric toaster ( basis condiments are also supplied)
Bedroom 1: Double bed, Wardrobe, Bedside shelves, Electric fan heater and Hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds,( these can be made into a double on request), wardrobe and cupboards.
Washroom: Fully enclosed shower, WC & Hand basin. (hand towels and toilet paper supplied)
Outside: There is a small shed that contains a table and chairs, BBQ, Buckets and spades, and a windbreak. The site has a coin operated Launderette.
