Site has a heated indoor pool (open all year) with jaquzzi and heated outdoor pool (open summer holidays), country club/ pub serving hot and cold food to eat in or take away, children's outdoor play area, all weather sports court and launderette with drying facilities. 

The caravan has all mod cons including a 37inch full hd tv with freeview, dvd player, iPod dock and wii games console and games.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins (the twins can be pushed together to make extra doubles if required) and a pull out double bed in the lounge area.

A double width shower with seat is separate to the toilet (very handy with a young family!)

The kitchen has everything to make it home from home, a full size fridge freezer and gas cooker as well as a microwave.

All rooms have central heating and double glazing meaning the van is comfortable and warm all year round.

Outside we have a decked area with patio table and chairs so you can enjoy a nice glass of wine whilst taking in the sea views.

The local town of New Quay is just down the road and with it's quaint village shops and restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches there's something for everyone.
