Welcome to our homely, comfortable and spacious caravan for holiday hire.  There are two good sized bedrooms which are both fully fitted with lots of storage.  The main bedroom benefits from a king sized bed, good sized wardrobe, dressing table and plenty of cupboards/drawers.  The second bedroom also has a wardrobe, ample storage and twin beds with a mirror. There is also a bed guard provided should it be required and this is found under the free standing bed in the second bedroom.  An electric rad heater is also supplied in the second bedroom.

The caravan has a shower cubicle and separate toilet which is very useful for young children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob and grill, microwave oven, toaster and fridge.  The dining area is in the living area but close to the kitchen and very practical.  The table seats at least 6 people.

The lounge offers spacious living space with Freeview Tv with built in DVD player, CD player and there are some DVDs which you are very welcome to make use of as well as some family games.  There is a gas fire as well as a portable fan heater and if the weather is very hot we also offer a cool air fan which is located in the wardrobe in the main bedroom).  The sofa in the living room opens to a double bed and there are two double quilts and two pillows located under the dining area seating.

We provide a king sized quilt for the main bedroom, two single quilts for the second bedroom and pillows.  The beds have mattress protectors and the pillows have protectors but you will need to bring your own bottom sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases along with towels and t-towels.

As the caravan is a second family home it will need to be left clean and tidy as you would wish to find it, a hoover and cleaning materials are provided.

We can arrange park passes for you which is the cheapest option should you wish to use the park facilities.  We will arrange for the key and passes to be collected from reception on arrival and you pay for the passes at the time. 

The park has wonderful facilities including amusements, entertainment for adults and children, indoor swimming pool also outdoor in main season), token fed go-karts, crazy golf, park, restaurant, launderette, shop, fish and chip shop and hire shop where you can hire high chairs, travel cots etc.

Opposite the site is a snack shop, amusements, Chinese take-away and bus stop with regular buses to Yarmouth.  The beach is also just over the road from the site and Yarmouth and Hemsby are both close by.

We would ask that you do not smoke in the caravan and regrettably we do not allow pets. On the departure date we would ask that you leave the unit and return the key to reception by 11.00 a.m.

We have decided to leave tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar in the caravan for general use as we find you usually need a cuppa when you arrive on holiday.  We would ask that if you use these items that you top them up for the next guest. If you would rather take your own that is no problem at all.

PLEASE NOTE that if you are paying by Paypal then you need to pay as a gift or a fee is taken off your payment before it reaches me.  If it is sent as a gift then there is no fee.  Alternatively, if you wish to pay as a business payment then please add 3.4% of the balance to the payment.

We had wonderful comments in the visitors book for 2011 and all our guests said they would return as they loved the caravan and the site.
