The holiday home is ideally situated between the famous fishing village of Looe and the picturesque Polperro.The holiday home is on Trelay Farmpark, a small well kept friendly holiday park.
The holiday home has two bedrooms (one double and two single beds). The lounge/ dining room with LCD Freeview TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker electric kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has shower, hand basin and toilet. Carpeted throughout (excl kitchen). The external door opens onto the private sun decking. with patio table and chairs,and gate a must if you have young children or dogs.. Parking for one car next to the holiday home. Dogs Welcome The family dog is welcome with a small charge of £20 per dog per week, please ask about a second dog. Dogs must be kept on a lead and walked off park( small lane runs along side. Dogs must not be left unattened in the holiday home A strict. No Smoking policy, in the caravan. There is a clean modern laundry room on site.The Holiday Park managers are helpful experienced poeple to be found in the reception( at reasonable times) Carol runs Carols Cafe for quick popular food at high season.A childrens play area. The holiday Park has FREE WI FI HOT SPOT.
Trelay Farmpark is in the cornish village of Pelynt, which has a good size foodstore/post office a butchers shop and the cornish pub The Jubilee Inn, which is walking distance from the holiday park .In season fresh vegatables and fruit can be purchased from the local farm stalls. Looe and Polperro only 3 miles, Looe has a large sandy clean safe beach (second beach dogs are welcome)..Boat trips and fishing trips go daily in high season weather permitting, a two hour fishing trip is a good holiday fun for all the family. Polperro is unique with its narrow streets (car free) the harbour which is renown for smuggling (visit the Smugglers Museum)., the shell house (covered in sea shells) Polperro has a sandy beach plus caves.A coastel walk to Talland Bay with rock pools, Dolphins have been sighted off Talland Bay .Visit Sugglers Rest for refreshments. The Eden Project approx 30 miles.
