The holiday home is ideally situated between the famous fishing village of Looe and the picturesque Polperro.The holiday home is on Trelay Farmpark, a small well kept friendly holiday park,with a childrens play area and a modern clean laundry chalet.Carol has her own Carol`s Cafe in high season for popular fast food.
If you wish to drink and not drive the Jubilee Inn is a short walk. .
Looe and Polperro are only a short drive. Looe has a large sandy clean safe beach plus second beach where dogs are wecome..
Boat and fishing trips go daily in high season weather permitting, a fishing trip can be enjoyed by all the family it is only a two hour trip, keep what you catch. Polperro also has a sandy beach and boat trips.It is unique( Polperro),please make time to visit Polperro, large car park at the top of Polperro ( Polperro is a car free zone except for doctors etc).Good Cornish pubs( The Pilchard Inn)Pasty and fudge shops Smugglers museum, coastal walks and views.Plus the local art galleries. There are endless things to see and do when in Cornwall, for all of the family.
The holiday home has three bedrooms (one double and two single). The large spacious lounge/ dining room with flat screen Freeview LCD TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker electric kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has shower, hand basin and toilet. Carpeted throughout (excl kitchen & toilet). The second external door opens onto the private sun decking which has patio furniture and gate a must if you have young children or a dog. Parking for one car next to the holiday home..Dogs must be kept on a lead and walked off site. A strict NO SMOKING policy A. BBQ on the grass not on the pvc decking due to fire hazed. Looe and Polperro are only a short drive away. The EDEN PROJECT is approx 30 miles.
