Our privately owned static caravan holiday home has a full gas hot water system,radiator heating with a large walk in shower. 1 double,1 twin  bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen large lounge/ dining aera  and a large decked balcony with table and chairs and walkway with gates added for the safety of children. 1 double bedroom with en suite and freeview LCD TV with DVD. 1 twin bedroom. A fully fitted kitchen.. All  benefits of  the amenities of Killigarth Manor Holiday Park, heated swimming pool, gym room, safe toddlers room, bingo nightly, nightly  evening entertament, pool table Wi Fi internet cafe, several bars. Fast food take away. A handy site shop.   Foxey Club early evening for the children, tennis court and out door play area, ALL with  no extra charge.  A short walk down into Polperro. The luxury holiday homes sleep 4/6 in comfort, children (cot available) . Free gas and electric, bedding provide .Near by parking on parking rank. Looe has a large clean safe sandy beach. Boat and fishing trips go daily in high season weather permitting, a two hour fishing trip is fun for all the family, you can keep what you catch..Make time to visit Polperro it  has a large sandy beach, boat trips and lots more.From Killigarth you can do the coastal walk to Talland Bay  (rock pools) well worth the walk you can stop for refreshments at the Smugglars Rest ,Dolphins have been seen at Talland Bay.. The wonderful Eden Project is only 30 miles.Endless thing to see and do.

The Kitchen has:
4 ring Gas Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Clothes Airer, Microwave and Toaster and Kettle as well as cutlery and crockery.

The Lounge has:
Flat screen LCD TV and DVD combi with all the freeview channels,

Extensive comfortable seating  also dining table and chairs.

Double Bedroom is en-suite and has flat screen LCD TV with DVD and  freeview.

Bed Linen is provided but please bring you own towels. We have a strict no smoking policy within the accommodation. Thanking you in advance for your cooperation.

Park Information

Killigarth offers a superb holiday for all the family. With comfortable family accommodation set in the  pleasant grounds, nestled in the rolling countryside of Cornwall’s sunny south coast, with a delightful public footpath down to Talland Bay, direct from the park. 

On the park the wide range of activities include a heated indoor pool, (with separate children’s paddling pool area), fitness suite, an excellent clubhouse offering games, competitions and nightly live entertainment. The under 5s will have a great time in their own indoor Playroom, and all the children can join in the fun and games of the Foxy Club.  

Surrounded by a choice of beaches and only a short distance from the park is the picturesque fishing village of Polperro, whilst slightly further is the famous harbour at Looe where you can even try shark fishing. Killigarth is ideally located to make the most of all the local attractions, including the Eden Project and the historic City of Plymouth, with its National Marine Aquarium, shopping centres and the famous Plymouth Hoe, where Sir Francis Drake played his legendary game of bowls, is only a 25 mile drive away.
