Front opening doors lead to the decking area complete with side steps and warm lighting allowing the sea views to be enjoyed at anytime whilst relaxing with a drink taking advantage of the bistro furniture. Both the double and one twin bedroom have dressing table areas, with a dressing table stool in double room. Dining area has comfortable corner unit with scatter cushions and 2 free standing large stools, crackled glass shades again on light fitting above dining table. The kitchen has silver downlighters in the ceiling and tile effect flooring. Both bathroom with toliet and separate toliet (with handbasin) have heated towel rails, bathroom has extra large shower cubicle with power shower. Bedding is included as is welcome tea, coffee etc and personal meet and greet key service - no queueing for keys.

Bookings are from Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday or weeks from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.Non-refundable £50 deposit to be paid within 7 days of booking, unless 8 weeks or less until holiday start date in which case the full balance must be paid . £100 security deposit to be paid with balance (refunded within 14 days of end of holiday when caravan left in a clean and tidy condition with no breakages). Balance of money due must be paid 8 weeks before of commencement of holiday start. reminders will not be sent Extra cost of hired items to be paid with balance. Cheques are acceped forms of payment and should be sent to Cherry Tree Cottage, 3 Main Road, Cleeve, Bristol, BS49 4NS, made payable to Cherry Tree Cottage. Bank transfers are the preferred method of payment and details will be provided on booking - please contact us for details a telephone no is required to provide these . Payment of a deposit will be considered to be acceptance of ALL terms and conditions as set down and which will be sent with the booking form. This is a NON-SMOKING caravan and any indications or suspicions that this has not been adhered to will result in loss of the full amount of the security deposit and may incur extra cleaning costs. This is a neccessity due to health problems of a member of our family and therefore will be detected.
