Our Mobile Holiday Home is situated on the Haven site at Golden Sands one of the all action HAVEN SITES. Our caravan is a 2009 superior plus model 36x12 it has it’s own hard standing area for one car with patio area for table and chairs. The lounge is beautifully furnished, has ‘free view’ TV  with a dvd player and dvds, ps2 and games for the children. The kitchen has a good range of units, gas cooker with oven, microwave, fridge/ smallfreezer box toaster & electric kettle. All matching crockery, cutlery and utensils are supplied. There are Two bedrooms, one double, one twin room which are tastefully furnished. Linen not provided. We do provide duvets and pillows but you will need to bring quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and washing up materials. The bathroom has a walk in shower, hand basin and loo. There is also a separate loo with wash-hand basin. en suite

The Mobile Home is non-smoking. The electric and the gas are provided. There is an iron and ironing board. There is private 'game fishing' a river board licence is required). The caravan is a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk from Mablethorpe town centre.

On the site itself there is an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, numerous food outlets with 1 main restaurant. There are 2 entertainment complexes which caters for all the family from childrens shows to adult shows. Also there is additional activities such as pool/ snooker 10 pin bowling, childrens indoor/outdoor play areas amusement arcades and an on-site funfair. Also you are just a 40 minute drive from Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells and a 45 minute drive from Butlins Skegness.

You can hire our caravan for 7 night breaks or 4 night mini breaks (Mon-Fri). We do not cater for mini breaks during the peak season (School Summer Holidays). Please note that restrictions apply, no under 25s and no same sex groups allowed. Families with children and responsible adults only. This is our policy.
