A 20% deposit secures the holiday home, which is non-refundable with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date. Payments can be made by internet transfer or by cheque.

A deposit of £200 to cover any damages is also required, which will be refunded, in cash, at the end of your holiday if no damages occur.
