This privately owned 37ft static caravan is 12 foot wide and will provide excellent accommodation for a larger group of people or two small families wanting to share one caravan. Fully equipped with modern facilities including Digital Multi Channel TV, DVD Player, Radio/CD player and various games, puzzles and jigsaws.

Bedroom One - double bed, with underbed storage. Double wardrobe, over bed storage, bedside tables, bedside light switch. Electric wall heater.

Bedroom Two - Triple room with two single beds which can be used either as twin beds or they can be pushed together to make another double bed and one pull down bunk bed (suitable for child up to 5yrs of age only). One single wardrobe, bedside table. Underbed storage. Electric wall heater.

Bedroom Three - double bed, with underbed storage. Wardrobe, bedside table, over bed storage, bedside light switch. Electric wall heater.

Bedroom Four - Triple room with two single beds which can be used either as twin beds or they can be pushed together to make another double bed and one pull down bunk bed (suitable for child up to 5yrs of age only). One single wardrobe. Underbed storage. Electric wall heater.

Lounge area - Large corner seating area, which pulls out to a further double bed. Cushions, Gas fire, 22" flat screen colour television with freeview channels, DVD player, radio/CD player, games, puzzles and books.

Dining Area - Dining table seats 6 comfortably, with table and 6 chairs.

Shower Room with sink plus separate toilet and sink

Kitchen - has all the essential facilities as standard including fridge (with small freezer compartment), gas hob & oven, microwave oven, electric toaster, cooking equipment plus cutlery and crockery.

• The caravan is carpeted/ lino throughout.
• A complementary grocery pack will be left for your use, including tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
• Internet Access - For those of you requiring internet access metered - Wi-Fi is available in the caravan and there is free Wi-Fi access in the Club House.
• Use of gas & electric is included within the cost of your holiday.
• 2 Double & 8 single quilts plus pillows are provided in the bedrooms, guests need only bring quilt covers, bottom sheets and pillow cases. Alternatively you can hire the covers and sheets from us for a small fee, the beds will then be made up for your arrival.
• A Security Deposit will be required.
• Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the caravan. Additional cleaning costs will be incurred if found to be the case.
• 4pm arrival time, 10am departure time. Collection & return of keys can be arranged from reception.
• Park Passes can be purchased from reception for a small fee, these will allow you access to many of the Parks facilities.
• The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition, with all rubbish deposited in the large bins readily available on the Park.

Please note we have two caravans on this park situated next to one another, ideal for two groups holidaying together. Discounts will be given if both caravans are rented together. Also if this caravan is unavailable for the dates you required please still send your enquiry as the other 8 berth caravan may still be free.
