The Caravan is privately owned by a family, but highly maintained by site owners.
It's a 2 bedroom, 1 double and 1 twin which can be put together, plus a fold out sprung double in the lounge.
Bathroom contains shower, hand basin and WC.
Kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people, it comsists of a 4 ringed gas cooker with grill and oven, Microwave, fridge and toaster.
Lounge/diner has ample seating, plus a gas fire and a TV with freeview.
Blankets, duvets and pillows are provided, but visitors are requested to bring their own bed linen and all towels. Although bed linen can be hired through reception for a small charge. A cot is also available for hire in advanced for £10 a week.
The site facilities are; Restaurant and take away, Fully stocked shop, Launderette and Games Room.
Trenance is the nearest park to the town centre and beaches of Newquay (15mins walk)
5minute walk to Boating lake, Gardens, Zoo, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Tennis Courts, Pitch and Putt/ Crazy Golf, and Green Bowling.
