The caravan is situated on the quiet new development at North Denes.  On site there is a laundrette and a shop  they also bake bread daily and serve bacon rolls etc.  Our caravan is a 1996 refurbished van in very good  condition having just been decorated throughout and all new carpets. It has 2 bedrooms one double and one twin. All bedding and linen is provided. Please bring  your own Towels. The lounge is spacious and equipped with combined Satellite TV, DVD and Radio and gas heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, gas cooker, crockery, cutlery and glassware. All gas and electric included.

Situated only 100 yards from the sea, with pleasant walks along the sea wall and dunes towards Corton Beach and only 5 minutes from Lowestoft's lovely sandy south beach by car.

Across the road at the Sparrows Nest  are lovely gardens and a children’s play area, with entertainment in the Summer. The Martello restaurant  has good food reasonably priced which opens at 8am for breakfast. A second restaurant is due to open in March 2012. There are pleasant walks along the cliffs into North Lowestoft, where there is a wide range of shops  and eating places.  Adjacent to the site there are tennis courts and a bowling green. 

The Marina Theatre in Lowestoft and The Seagull Theatre in Pakefield have some wonderful shows and don't forget the Lowestoft Air Show - a lovely day out for all the family. 

You are close to the Broads, Pleasurewood Hills and Minsmere Nature Reserve, The Flora Tea Rooms at  Dunwich have excellent fish and chips. Well worth a visit is Africa Alive Wildlife Park with their  giant  car boot sale on Sundays. The entertainment and beach life at Yarmouth and excellent shopping at Norwich are only a short drive away.

On day of arrive keys may be collected from reception between 2pm – 5pm unless by prior arrangement.  The caravan is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure please.
