The caravan is a two bedroomed static, situated on a small but friendly site just off of Beach Road in the seaside village of Hemsby, near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The beautiful sandy beach is just 300 yards away. As well as sea and sand, Hemsby also boasts a wealth of other attractions including amusement arcades, small fun-fair, swimming pools, pubs/ bars, club houses, restaurants/ cafés, convenience stores, gift shops, takeaways (including fish & chips, Chinese, kebab & pizza, and Indian), sea-food, a bakery, mini-golf, a laundrette, a tattooist & body piercing studio, and a beauty studio. Great Yarmouth is approximately 5 miles away.
The caravan can sleep up to six people. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds, and a double bed can be made up in the lounge (first picture on left of second row). Duvets and pillows are supplied. The lounge area includes an electric fire-effect heater and a flat-screen TV with built-in freeview and DVD player. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle. Gas and electric are free of charge. There is a shower, toilet, and basin in the caravan, and there is also an on-site shower/ toilet block which can be used free of charge. Parking space for up to two cars is available next to the caravan. Bed linen, towels etc. are not supplied, so please bring your own.

Payment Terms & Booking Conditions
A non-returnable deposit of £50 per week is required in order for a booking to be confirmed. The remaining cost of the hire must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
If booking request is made with less than 4 weeks remaining before the proposed date of arrival the balance will need to be paid in full for the booking to be confirmed.
After an initial booking request is made the requested dates will be held for 7 days. If deposit is not received within this time we will assume you no longer wish to hire the caravan and will set the requested dates back to available.
Payment can be sent via cheque/ postal order (postal details will be sent after booking request has been made).

There is a heated swimming pool just 5 minutes walk up the road which charges a small entrance fee within walking distance.
The site is ideally situated off the main road so there is little traffic noise, however there is more than enough to keep the whole family busy all day and into the night!
