We only take full week bookings, sat to sat.
Our caravan is situated in a quiet part of the site but not far from the on site facilities which includes a full variety of entertainment for all ages both inside and outside, (see on site for details) as far too many to mention! The site is situated approx 7.5 miles from Scarborough and approx 2.5 miles from Filey, which makes it an ideal site to explore the North Yorkshire area.
Our caravan has double glazing, central heating and 2 double bedrooms the main has, a t.v, an en-suite toilet and sink, the second bedroom has a tv , dvd and freeview. In the large, comfortable open plan living/dining area, we provide a tv, dvd, freeview, mini hi-fi, plus a selection of books, dvds and games etc., there is also a further pull out double bed. We have a full inventory for six people including pillows and duvets.
Normally complex passes are not provided but can be obtained from the reception, at current seasonal price.
Outside we have a 24ft long by 8ft wide decking area, which is ideal for relaxing on the swing after an exciting day with a cold drink and maybe a barbeque!!
We also provide an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and hoover etc,. Plus, for a small cost we are only to happy to provide bed linen, saving you the bother and making your stay with us that extra bit special
